Elegant Package $2000 The couple will receive assistance from a Burlelegance coordinator 30-60 days prior to the wedding day. Unlimited consulting via phone or email during the business hours of 10am – 6pm Provide Marriage license information. Send Out invitations and save the date. Manage wedding website. Research and recommendations of venues and vendors that match the client’s budget and style. Schedule and attend all vendor meetings and site visits. Create a budget worksheet and manage budgets and payment schedule. Review and negotiate vendors contracts. Assist with formatting guest list and invites. Assist with the creation of the floor plan and seating chart. Finalize a detailed timeline/schedule for wedding day with a point of contact sheet. And distribute to the appropriate individuals confirming details and times with vendors. Wedding rehearsal coordination at the ceremony location for up to 2 hours. Coordinate wedding ceremony and reception for up to 10 hours. Any overtime will be an additional fee of $50 per hour and will be due in cash at the end of the event. Ceremony coordination to oversee event and line up bridal party. (Parking and vendor plate provided for 3 coordinators on wedding day, parking for 1 coordinator on rehearsal day). Reception coordination supervision overseeing setup and breakdown of the event. Assist photographer and videographer upon request
